From activation, the validity period of 24, 48 or 72 hours runs precisely to the hour. If you activate it at 10:00 AM for example, a 24h card is valid until 10:00 AM the following day.
Unused, the pass is valid for up to one year after purchase.

If you want to visit the same attraction again, you must pay the normal admission price, as the card does not allow repeated free entry.

Not included are the ferries across the Tagus - these must be paid for separately.
Does the Lisboa Card work as a regular transit ticket?+
Yes, the Lisboa Card functions as a full-fledged ticket for public transport in Lisbon during its validity period.
You can ride buses, trams, metro and other public transportation unlimited without having to buy extra tickets. The card is simply shown at the barriers or validated - even for the trip from the airport to the city center.
At which attractions do I get priority entry?+
At 12 selected attractions you get fast-track entry with the Lisboa Card. This means you can skip the ticket office queue and go directly to the entrance.
This is particularly advantageous at popular places like the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos or the Torre de Belém. Your Lisboa Card serves as both ticket and saves you valuable time.
Note: Security checks still need to be completed.
Are there discounts for children?+
Children under 4 years do not need a Lisboa Card, as they have free admission to most museums and attractions anyway.

Special senior discounts are not offered.
Where and how do I receive the Lisboa Card after purchase?+

You can find pickup locations at:
When redeeming you must show ID. You can show the voucher printed or digitally on your smartphone.
Can I cancel or return the Lisboa Card?+
This depends on where you buy the Lisboa Card:
At Tiqets: You can cancel free of charge until 11:59 PM the day before your chosen visit date and receive a full refund without additional costs.
From the official provider: Here a strict no-refund policy applies - already purchased passes are excluded from exchange.
Therefore consider carefully before purchasing for which time period you need the pass.
What happens if I lose my Lisboa Card?+
Losing a Lisboa Card is like losing a ticket: There is no replacement and no claim to refund.
Even if you still have the purchase receipt or voucher code, no second card can be issued for the same code. You would have to purchase a new Lisboa Card at full price.
Tip: Keep the pass safe, as if it were cash or an important ticket.
Is the Lisboa Card transferable to other people?+
The Lisboa Card is person-bound and should only be used by the person who bought or redeemed it.
Your identity is verified with ID when picking up, which personally assigns the card to you. Transfer to other people is not intended.
Each traveling person basically needs their own pass to be able to use the included services.
