FAQ

Frequently asked questions about the Pena bundle

The most important questions about combining the Lisboa Card with the Palace of Pena.

What is included in the Lisboa Card + Pena Palace bundle?+

The Lisboa Card for 24, 48 or 72 hours (free entry to 51 attractions, all public transport including the trains to Sintra and Cascais), timed entry to the National Palace of Pena and the Park of Pena, and two audio guide apps for Lisbon and Sintra.

Is the train to Sintra included?+

Yes. The CP train from Lisbon (Rossio or Oriente) to Sintra is part of the public transport covered by the Lisboa Card. From Sintra station, bus 434 runs up to the palace; it is not included in the card.

Do I need to pick a time for the palace?+

Yes. At checkout you choose the date and time slot for the Palace of Pena. The Lisboa Card itself only activates on first use, so choose a card start date that covers your Sintra day.

Can I cancel the bundle?+

No. Unlike the Lisboa Card on its own, the bundle is non-refundable once booked. Choose your dates carefully.

Is the bundle cheaper than buying the tickets separately?+

The bundle price is shown in the booking window and changes with the card duration you choose. Its advantage is one checkout with the Pena time slot and the two audio guide apps included - compare the current price with the Lisboa Card prices and a separate Pena ticket before you decide.
