How Collection Works

Collecting the card takes three steps and needs nothing printed.

  1. Buy online and keep the voucher email on your phone - no printout needed.
  2. Go to an Ask-Me-Lisboa point - the airport arrivals hall or a city-centre office - and show the voucher.
  3. Receive your card and write your name and start date on the back. You have 28 days from your chosen collection date to pick it up.

The quickest option for most visitors is to collect on arrival at the airport: the Ask-Me point in the Arrivals Hall is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, so you can start exploring Lisbon without any detour into the city first. The most central option in the city centre is the point at Terreiro do Paço, right on Praça do Comércio.
