How Collection Works
After purchase, you will receive your voucher immediately by email. Present it at one of the official Ask-Me-Lisboa points and you will receive your physical Lisboa Card. There is no need to print anything - your smartphone is all you need. From your chosen collection date, you have 28 days to pick up the card.
The quickest option for most visitors is to collect on arrival at the airport: the Ask-Me point in the Arrivals Hall is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00, so you can start exploring Lisbon without any detour into the city first. The most central option in the city centre is the point at Terreiro do Paco, right on Praca do Comercio.
