The Lisboa Card is only activated when you use it for the first time - for example, when entering an attraction or taking your first ride on public transport.
From activation, the validity period of 24, 48 or 72 hours runs precisely by the hour. If you activate it at 10:00 AM, for example, a 24h card is valid until 10:00 AM the following day.
Unused, the pass is valid for up to one year after purchase.
With the Lisboa Card, you can visit each included attraction once for free. So only one free entry is included per museum or attraction.
If you want to visit the same attraction again, you must pay the normal entrance fee, as the card does not allow repeated free entry.

Even if you still have the purchase receipt or voucher code, no second card can be issued for the same code. You would have to purchase a new Lisboa Card at full price.

The Lisboa Card is person-bound and should only be used by the person who bought or redeemed it.
When collecting, your identity is verified with ID, which personally assigns the card to you. Transfer to other persons is not intended.
Each traveling person basically needs their own pass to use the included services.
